This was my first e-learning project with a global Multi National Company which kick-started my interest in Instructional Designing.

I built five (four soft skills modules and one technical module) engaging courses for Customer Support employees. 

This was quite a challenging work with regards to meeting the deadlines and the number of iterations they wanted. During this period I got to learn Adobe Captivate, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Connect.

At the end of the project I was familiar with the entire Adobe e-learning Suit
